Ora Developers is headed by Mr. Naguib Sawiris, an Egyptian billionaire who is also the former owner of Mobilink. Ora Developers has been involved in different major projects around the globe. Kohistan Builders and Developers also has a significant name in the market, with their notable project being Zarkon Heights in G-15 Sector Islamabad.

Located on the Kashmir Highway, the society offers a prime location at a distance of 5 km from Golra More and just 3 KM from the Lahore-Islamabad exit.
